CASACOR Minas Gerais will have a new address for the 2024 edition, which takes place between July 26th and September 15th: Espaço 356 , a project by Construtora EPO, located on the banks of BR-356 , shortly after BH Shopping.
The region has been completely revitalized and has gained several spaces aimed at promoting leisure, fashion, art, gastronomy , as well as many other riches of the state.

The address has a privileged location , with easy access to the public since it is very close to several neighborhoods in the central-south region , condominiums in the metropolitan region, and also has easy access to several areas of the city.
The complex will have a total area of 15,000 m2 , and also has parking, open spaces integrated into the landscaping, a rooftop with incredible views of the city and Serra do Rola Moça , a Kids' Space, an area for sports activities, as well as many new features that will be announced later.

CASACOR Minas will be responsible for officially opening this complex. The site has undergone a major retrofit and has been completely redesigned based on the work of renowned professionals in the segment, such as architects Alexandre Nagazawa and Isabela Vecci , and landscaper Felipe Fontes .
The aim is to offer a new concept of entertainment in the city , bringing together gastronomy, fashion, art, sports and well-being in one place.
