13 projects from CASACOR are nominated for the Work of the Year award 2025

Award organized by the Archdaily portal celebrates projects from Portuguese-speaking countries that most impacted architecture in 2025

The first list of nominees for the Work of the Year 2025 award, the largest recognition of Lusophone architecture organized by the portal Archdaily Brasil, was released this week and includes 13 projects from CASACOR. The categories in which the projects compete are: Houses, Collective Housing, Cultural Architecture, Interior Architecture, Hospital Architecture, and Hotel Architecture. [gallery-april id="190391" type="slider" showtitle="undefined" data-restrict="false"] For the 9th consecutive year, the winners of the contest are chosen by public vote which defines the best in innovation and design. All the projects that are part of the competition originate from ten Lusophone countries: Brazil, Portugal, Mozambique, Angola, Guinea-Bissau, East Timor, Equatorial Guinea, Macau, Cape Verde, and São Tomé and Príncipe.

Voting takes place on the website of Archdaily Brasil. After voting, the 15 highest ranked projects will move on to the second phase of the Work of the Year award, which begins in April. The winner announcement will take place on April 10.[april-whatsapp][/april-whatsapp]
