The CASACOR Espírito Santo 2024 operational meeting took place last Wednesday (10), at the Senac Ilha do Boi Hotel, the official hotel of the show. Together with the sponsors and supporters of the show, organizers Rita and Renata Tristão revealed all the details about the works and news of the 28th edition.
CASACOR Espírito Santo will take place from September 25 to November 17, 2024 at Clube Ítalo-Brasileiro , the venue that will host the show for the third time. However, the venue will feature a completely different layout of spaces, as well as new concepts for environments .
“Choosing Ítalo as the setting for CASACOR 2024 reflects the essence of this year's exhibition, entitled 'De Presente, o Agora' . We prioritize sustainability , optimizing the investments already made at the venue, thus contributing to a more robust legacy for the club and its members”, said the exhibition director, Rita Tristão.

Architects, interior designers, landscapers and decorators were introduced to the final environments and the exhibition calendar. It was a moment of technical clarification, but also of fellowship and inspiration for the professionals , who are motivated to make this edition of CASACOR Espírito Santo memorable and innovative .
Ancestry, tradition and creativity are the key words of CASACOR 2024, and will be reflected in the approximately 25 spaces of this edition. The projects are arranged in a condominium concept and offer various ways of living, ranging from a 30 m² studio to a 300 m² apartment — in addition to outdoor spaces for socializing, gastronomy and shops.

For the first time this year, five areas of the exhibition will be accessible free of charge : the Welcome CASACOR marks the beginning of the journey through the exhibition and will provide access to the Espaço Conexão, which pays beautiful homage to the city of Vitória. In addition, the Studio do Influencer GW Líder, the artistic space Lab Criativo and the Bistrô Placas do Brasil will also have free entry.
“It is a recurring request from visitors to have the bistro open to the public, so that it can be visited several times throughout the exhibition without charging an entrance fee,” explains Rita Tristão.
Another new feature is the Speakeasy environment: CASACOR's secret bar, which has been a hit at the São Paulo show, has finally arrived at the Espírito Santo show this year. The space hosts events for invited guests only or exclusive nights.
Accessibility is one of CASACOR's commitments and the 28th edition of the exhibition in Espírito Santo will feature a room designed to meet all the needs of a child with a hidden disability: the Autistic Refuge Suite .
CASACOR will also partner with AMAES (Association of Friends of Autistic People of the State of Espírito Santo), an institution run by parents, family members and friends of autistic people.
“Throughout the exhibition, we will also promote, in partnership with AMAES, debates and meetings to give visibility to the cause and contribute to the defense of rights and the search for improving the quality of life of autistic people and people with hidden disabilities”, says Rita Tristão.
