CASACOR ES announces date and location (paradisiacal!) of the 2022 edition

CASACOR Espírito Santo will be held from October 18 to December 18 , at the 38th Infantry Battalion, located in Prainha, Vila Velha. Around 40 environments will be built on site, designed by a select team of professionals — including the already renowned in the market and young talents in the areas of architecture, interior design and landscaping. The project encompasses a large area of the 38th BI, which involves several properties, including the Forte São Francisco Xavier da Barra, one of the oldest buildings in the State , started in the then Captaincy of Espírito Santo during the administration of Francisco Gil de Araújo, among others. the years 1678 to 1682. The fort has a privileged location , on the slope of the hill that houses one of the treasures of the State of Espírito Santo: the Convent of Penha , facing the Bay of Vitória. The place also enchants with its view of the Third Bridge and a privileged view of the capital, Vitória.

Passionate about history and architecture, the director of the Espírito Santo exhibition, Rita Rocio Tristão , identified a lot with the theme proposed for this year's CASACOR, “ Infinito Particular ”. The theme is an invitation to reflect on a new way of living, which prioritizes balance. , the physical and mental well-being of residents, in absolutely biographical homes . The post-confinement reality demands environments that bring well-being during prolonged stays and that positively influence the physical and mental health of those who remain there and develop as people.

What is your personal infinity? For Rita, the theme will be a challenge for the professional to insert their personal universe into the environment through things that move them , good memories , in the same way that we transmit in our homes, which awaken the pleasure of living well , with comfort, trends and technology. “ Our home has to reflect our emotions . The theme is an invitation to reflect on this new way of living”, highlights Rita. CASACOR ES is among the longest exhibitions in the country, lasting two months. Another highlight is the 35th anniversary of CASACOR brand in Brazil , as the largest exhibition in the Americas, present in four South American countries and in Miami, USA.

For 2022, the exhibition project will extend across the entire seaside area and stories comprised of the São Francisco Xavier da Barra Fort, the transit hotel and part of the 38th BI command pavilion. The route will connect the buildings to the sea and explore the variety of landscapes, with bold and modern environments.
