training course for female construction workers .

16 students from the
Fazendinhando Institute , the event's social partner in training on waterproofing environments, participated in the learning period. With the aim of
strengthening the sustainability banner in the area of social responsibility and exploring the rich universe of the event, the initiative actively contributes to the professionalization and certification of women in the sector, a very important link between the business and the community.
