On the evening of October 22,
CASACOR Ceará kicked off its
26th edition with an exclusive event for the press and special guests. The
avant-première , held in the former headquarters of Casas Pernambucanas, in the Praia de Iracema neighborhood in Fortaleza (CE), was marked by
emotional moments and a warm welcome from the public. With the presence of design and architecture professionals, partners and influential personalities, the event raised expectations even further for the show, which opens to the public on October 24.
The evening's stage was graced by
prominent names . Among those who took the stage were the owners of the properties used for the event,
João Soares and
Luciano Cavalcante . Other big names of the edition were honored:
Severino Neto , CEO of Mercadinhos São Luiz, and
Preto Zezé , president of Central Única das Favelas (CUFA) of Rio de Janeiro, recognized for their contributions to the social and economic development of Ceará.
The evening also featured the participation of important political figures, such as the Vice Mayor of Fortaleza,
Mr. Élcio Batista , representing Mayor José Sarto, and the Secretary of Culture of the State of Ceará,
Mrs. Luisa Cela , who represented Governor Elmano de Freitas. These personalities took to the stage alongside
Neuma Figueirêdo , director of CASACOR Ceará, who, together with the other franchisees,
Victor Guimarães ,
Pedro Esdras and
Carolina Figueirêdo , celebrated the beginning of another edition of the largest architecture and design exhibition in the state. Check out the gallery:

atmosphere of celebration, toasts and great anticipation .
CASACOR Ceará 2024 takes place until December 8th at Praia de Iracema, in Fortaleza, and presents
40 environments signed by 54 professionals in architecture, design, decoration and landscaping.
