A hit with the public and critics:
CASACOR Brasília ended its 31st edition with
a record number of visitors . In just over two months, from September 1st to November 5th,
30,130 people visited the
49 spaces of the 2023 show, held for the second consecutive year at the BRB Mané Garrincha Arena. Events also took place at its facilities. There were
40 events in 64 days , in addition to the 13 cultural presentations and the eight attractions of the Children's Week program held at Palco na Praça.

Creative Economy workshops taught by leading professionals helped to
improve skills in four craft activities. Crochet, porcelain painting, ceramics and tufting gained the public's support. On Sundays in October, a
botany fair brought even more activity to CASACOR Brasília, which was the stage for
recordings of podcasts such as those produced by Correio Braziliense, Estilozzo and GPS Brasília with themes focused on Brasília, architecture and interior design.
This year's theme, “
Body & Home ,” inspired the
82 professionals participating in CASACOR Brasília 2023. The show's new
masterplan won praise from the public for allowing visitors
unprecedented access to the arena , promoting a completely different tour of the exhibition's two floors, also revealing a view of some of
the capital's most beautiful postcards : the Eixo Monumental and the TV Tower, located in the heart of Plano Piloto.
The 31st edition offered
unique experiences . On the ground floor, eleven spaces were open to the public. Shops, a playroom and a bar with the arena's football pitch as a backdrop. A drink with a view of the stadium's lawn, which hosted games from the World Cup in Brazil and the Olympics.

On the second floor, between the two hundred and eighty-nine 36-meter-high columns that surround the stadium, there is a
square and a
gourmet area : the New restaurant, with a menu created by renowned chef Dudu Camargo, the Boulangerie, by Guillaume Petitgas, the Mandiê pastry shop and the Happy Harry ice cream shop were the gastronomic attractions of 2023.
(Edgard Cesar/CASACOR)
“More than just an exhibition,
CASACOR transcends the universe of living in an environment that connects people and celebrates good living. We provide a
unique experience platform for visitors seeking inspiration for architectural and design projects that speak to their individual desires,” say the exhibition organizers,
Eliane Martins ,
Sheila Podestá and
Moema Leão .
