A company of the Abril Group, CASACOR is recognized as the largest and most complete exhibition of architecture, interior design and landscaping in the Americas. The event annually brings together renowned architects, decorators and landscapers and in 2022 it reaches its 35th edition in São Paulo , with 15 national locations (Bahia, Brasilia, Ceara, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Pernambuco, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Ribeirão Preto), and four more international (Miami, Bolivia, Paraguay and Peru). Architects Eliane Martins and Sheila Podestá have a long history with the exhibition in the city, having participated as invited professionals in 1994 with Quarto de Casal. Later, in 2000, they joined Abadia Teixeira and Catarina Bastos – the duo that inaugurated the exhibition both in Brasília and Goiás –, in the administration of CASACOR in both locations. Two years later, they took over the two franchises in the Central-West region. Businesswoman Moema Leão joined Martins and Podestá in 2001 to contribute to the success of the public of the exhibition by making it one of the most visited in the country.
