CASACOR Brasília 2026 kicked off its 34th edition with an open house on Thursday, March 19, in the Martins Pena Room of the Claudio Santoro National Theater. The gathering brought together brands, architects, interior designers, and landscape architects for the official presentation of the show, which takes place from August 12 to October 12, at Casa do Candango.

During the event, guests were introduced to the edition's masterplan, which will feature 46 projects inspired by the theme “Mind and Heart”. The proposal invites reflection on the home as a space for healing and care — physical and psychological — in a context marked by acceleration and hyperconnectivity.

The concept was detailed in presentations led by CASACOR's Director of Content and Relationships, Pedro Ariel Santana, and by curator Ana Clara Escuciato Schick.
“It is an invitation to think about living with quality of life, a reflection on the anxieties resulting from the digital age. Home is affection,” said Santana. Ana Clara, in turn, highlighted the appreciation of projects that convey personality and emotional bonds in living.

For the second consecutive year, CASACOR Brasília will be held at Casa do Candango, a 1977 building that holds strong symbolic value for the federal capital. The site underwent a comprehensive restoration process before hosting the previous edition, including work on façades, glazing, floors, roofs, water tanks, and upgrades to the plumbing, electrical, and stormwater systems, in addition to the revitalization of the gardens and the creation of a parking lot.
In 2025, the exhibition received around 30,000 visitors over two months. The 33rd edition brought together 50 projects by 67 professionals, guided by the theme “Sowing Dreams.” Held in an area of 5,040 m², the edition also left as a legacy the complete revitalization of Casa do Candango, reinforcing the show's commitment to urban development and the appreciation of historic spaces.
