Until October 16, CASACOR Brasília will bring many new features to the 7,600 m² of the BRB Mané Garrincha Arena throughout its 42 spaces, including three gastronomic operations, two of which are new and one with an international chef.

ON Arquitetura - Restaurante CUCAN.

In a space designed by Luciana Canalli (ON Arquitetura), Danish chef Simon Lau from the renowned Aquavit makes his debut at the show with the restaurant CUCAN (a combination of the words “culinaria candanga”) – an informal space with a “condonga” soul and a bistro feel . The menu includes dishes such as leeks with miso & smoked pequi nuts and chorizo steak with bone marrow sauce . Desserts feature seasonal fruits and macarons by chef Leônidas Santos .
Gabriela Schinzel e Agustin Roca - Oja Bar. Projeto da CASACOR Brasília 2024.

Gabriela Schinzel e Agustin Roca - Oja Bar.

Also participating in the show for the first time is chef Thiago Paraiso , known for restaurants such as Ouriço, who brings Oja Bar . The space designed by Gabriela Schinzel and Augustin Roca will serve signature drinks and dishes such as oysters with cashew nuts and sun-dried filet mignon tartare .
Joyce França Arquitetura and Marila Arquitetura - Café de la Boulangerie. Professionals Joyce França and Marcelo Motta, who lead the offices Joyce França Arquitetura and Marka Studio, respectively, are responsible for the 150 m² project. The space aims to be a refuge for visitors to the exhibition to disconnect. Inspired by the wabi-sabi style, which is essentially about accepting transience, the functional space features a light design, minimalist decor, natural stones, concrete bases and subtle, scenic lighting. Highlights include the elegant central planter and the natural flow of the pampas grass.

Joyce França and Marcelo Motta designed the Café , an environment that for the second consecutive year houses La Boulangerie by French chef Guillaume Petitgas , a success from the previous edition, offering French classics such as croque-monsieur, croissants and madeleines, as well as risottos, salads and special teas. Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased online or at the event box office.
