THE CASACOR Brasilia held a brunch on July 9th at Espaço Itaú de Cinema, in Casa Park, for professionals, participating companies, sponsors and supporters of the show, to present the event's guidelines. Franchisees Eliane Martins, Moema Leão and Sheila Podestá, responsible for the event in the city, showed the news of the 27th edition, which will take place at the iconic Casa da Manchete, a building designed by Oscar Niemeyer. There will be 40 environments inspired by CASACOR 's theme for this year,A Casa Viva .
The winners of the 6th edition of the São Geraldo Young Professional Award – CASACOR Brasília were also announced on the occasion. There was a technical tie and the judges decided to award the first and second place winners with the design of the public restrooms in the exhibition. Victor Craviee and Carolina Piana, from the Quadra 15 office, and Priscila Gerardi and Luma de Paula Moroshima, from the Projeto Vi + La office, will design the women's and men's restrooms, respectively.
CASACOR Brasília will take place between September 12th and October 24th, occupying more than 5 thousand m² of the former Casa da Manchete, erected in 1978, in Graphic Industries Sector (SIG). The building remained abandoned after the bankruptcy of the communications group until it was acquired by the Paulo Octavio Group. The construction It is organized into three wings around a central courtyard, forming a “U” shaped plan.
