In its 26th edition, CASACOR Brasília promises to surprise visitors, not only with the 44 spaces designed by more than 70 architecture and interior design professionals, but it will also delight palates with the gastronomic options that will be offered during the show. From September 22nd to November 8th, the old medical center, located at QI 9 in Lago Sul, which is hosting the Brasilia show for the third time, will welcome renowned chefs and restaurants from the region:
Pizza Parque, Ernesto Cafés Especiais and the Chef Paulo Restaurant. Known for his popular cooking classes in his kitchen/workshop in Brasília's Asa Norte neighborhood, chef Paulo Tarso is in charge of this year's restaurant. He will bring to the space designed by architect André Alf a signature menu consisting of pasta, meats and seafood, as well as starters and desserts. Ernesto Café (Anturia Viotto)
The Literary Café returns to CASACOR Brasília for the second consecutive year, now in an environment designed by Karina de Almeida Rocha. For the 48 days of the show, Ernesto Café Especiais will be bringing its menu, which includes its well-known homemade cakes, naturally fermented breads, in addition to sandwiches, tapioca and the famous Canastra cheese bread (made with Canastra cheese and country cassava starch). The menu will also have lighter options such as pies and quiches served with salads, Moroccan couscous and omelets. The cheesecake pies with topping creamy guava and lemon with white chocolate and almonds are in the mix. The drink options include coffee, tea, hot chocolate and organic juices. Chef Narciza Leão is participating in the show for the third time, the second time with her gastronomic brand Pizza Parque. On the menu, her famous pizzas with 100% Italian dough will be served in a gastropub atmosphere, designed by architect Gabriela Gontijo for the Pizza bar , with starters, salads and creative drinks on the menu. In homage to the Brazilian savannah, the special pizzas were given names inspired by our vegetation. CASACOR BRASILIA SERVICE 2017 From September 22nd to November 8th.
