CASACOR Bolivia is the big winner of the
poll that chose the best yearbook cover of all
CASACOR exhibitions in 2022! With the
Patio Alberca environment, designed by architect
Tassiana Oshiro , the cover received 74% of the votes and became the public's favorite for this edition.
In the project, Tassiana Oshiro intended to
pay homage to the hospitable past of the old Hotel das Asturias by restoring the space that served as a social room in the house's courtyard – but without altering its essence.
The project also stands out for its environmentally responsible architecture , which is strategically located to optimize natural light and uses recycled materials as part of the decoration. In addition, it has a water circulation and energy saving mechanism, with which the rainwater that supplies the reservoir is used to the maximum.
