Covering an area of 3,800 m², the exhibition will present 32 spaces under the concept “Sowing Dreams”.
The event, led by Luis Alberto “Quito” Velasco and Graciela Anglarill , began with the Open House of the building constructed by engineer Alberto Vázquez Machicado in 1978. “ We will take advantage of the apartments that made this place a successful venture ; it is a type of villa that, in the 1980s, attracted the attention of the entire country and was a reference in the hotel sector”, explained Velasco.

La Quinta was designed by architect Luis González, who also designed the first phase of the Los Tajibos hotel, the mansion of former president Hugo Banzer; the Equipetrol Business Center and several residences in La Paz and abroad. The project consists of two-story villas that, over time, have become symbols of the hospitality and strength of Santa Cruz .
