An industrial property with
4,000 square meters located on the corner of avenues La Salle (Canal Isuto) and Marcelo Terceros Banzer (3rd outer ring) in
Santa Cruz de La Sierra was the location chosen to host the event celebrating the
10th anniversary of
CASACOR Bolivia .

Quito Velasco , director of the franchise, is excited about the new edition of the event. "It will be the tenth exhibition held in Santa Cruz de la Sierra and this time we will occupy a space measuring 4,000 meters in area,
one of the largest buildings the exhibition has ever had ", he reveals. The property will have a total of
38 spaces created by professionals from the
CASACOR cast and also by new names that have not yet participated in previous editions. These will be living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and other necessary spaces in a house, including leisure areas and gardens. In addition, visitors will have
two restaurants ,
a cafeteria and
an events plaza that will host product launches, cultural and social activities. The place, with industrial architecture and centuries-old trees, belonged to the late businessman and art lover
Hugo Landívar . “In this version we are going to move away from old or traditional houses, architects will have
the freedom to do what they want , without the restrictions that ceilings and floors sometimes cause due to their type of structure”, says Velasco.
