CASACOR Bahia presents a special edition with a charitable purpose

CASACOR Bahia 2022 , in addition to taking place in Horto Florestal, gained a second edition in the Saúde neighborhood, with a historical and charitable purpose, in a listed building, where the Casa de Saúde Solange Fraga operates - an institution founded by the honoree, who passed away in 2011. , who dedicated a large part of his life to social causes.

Currently, the organization is managed by Santa Casa da Bahia , which is dedicated to welcoming children and adolescents living in cities in the interior of the state undergoing treatment for cancer and heart disease at Hospital Santa Izabel.

Each professional was responsible for the rooms in the house, which received the renovation and the entire transformation of the rooms as a donation, as well as all the furniture and modular units used. The Solange Fraga Health Center is a property listed by the National Institute of Historic and Artistic Heritage ( Iphan) and aims to welcome children and adolescents in situations of socioeconomic vulnerability.

"All the furniture used in this house is functional and will be donated to the site. The project is the result of a partnership between us, which has been under study since last year, with the renowned physician Dr. Clarissa Mathias, who is part of the Oncology Center of Santa Casa. Charity and heritage are our mottos in this project”, said Carlos Amorim , director of CASACOR Bahia.
