The “Bar Talks” space will be designed by members of the Equilátero team and will be featured in the 2018 Rio Grande do Sul show

On November 10, 11 and 12, Porto Alegre hosted the CASACOR Archathon marathon. The competition aims to reveal new names in the interior design market and offer the opportunity for recent graduates to connect with major brands in the segment. The challenge was to create, in less than 24 hours, the project for the Bar Talks of CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2018. The Equilátero team, formed by Arthur Lauxen, Bruna Feltes and Beatriz Matte, under the mentorship of architect Paula Lino, was the winner .
The project by the Equilátero group was based on the theme of CASACOR 2018 , “The Living House”, to create an environment whose concept is based on integration and exchange of experiences. The curved and organic shapes of the space allude to the idea of a cell, the essential unit of all forms of life.
