With 36 years of existence, CASACOR , the most complete exhibition of architecture, landscaping and interior design in the Americas, is one of the great hubs of experimentation and trends in the segment, continuously showing the paths and evolution of living in Brazil and the world. To present the creative process and the paths that led to the theme of CASACOR 2023 , " Corpo&Morada ", the company's Director of Relationship and Content, Pedro Ariel Santana – author of the book series 'A Grande Beleza' , trend researcher and speaker on the subject – created an exclusive class (available on the official YouTube ) that tells, step by step, the mapping of the trends of this and the coming years. Lançamento da campanha CASACOR 2023 Corpo & Morada "We are in the Age of Care . Taking care of the home as we take care of our body and our body as we take care of the home. This trend was identified in months of studies and behavioral research in the most varied national and international sources, and all of them point to a scenario of uncertainty for the immediate future", he explains. For Pedro Ariel, the great symbol of the moment is the figure of a gardener. "The Gardener represents the small work that helps change the world. Weaving our tomorrow requires the persistence of a gardener, whose garden goes beyond the flowerbed of the house", he adds. A Grande Beleza: Cores Pedro Ariel Santana 2022
Campanha CASACOR 2023 - Corpo & Morada For the Interior Design area, Pedro Ariel talks about three axes under development: Affection and memory , which refers to comfort, welcome, belonging and objects with history, which create and rebuild connections. The Plantoproceno movement, in which the interior and exterior of homes are confused and fused with greenery and plants as a factor of integration in these environments. And finally, the Conscious Vintage trend, led by Generation Z, with those born after 1997. This generation, according to Pedro Ariel, had its future 'stolen' by the pandemic and climate change , and the response will soon be felt in the forms of consumption (with the growth of thrift stores, refurbished and reused pieces) and in the way of living . "We are going to enter a great period of collaboration between human beings and nature to try to reestablish the stability that we have lost," he concludes.
