CASACOR São Paulo , the most complete architecture, landscaping and interior design exhibition in the Americas, already has a theme and date for its 36th edition. In 2023, the event will have the theme “ Body & Home ” and will be held from May 30th on August 6th , returning to occupy the first semester calendar, as was tradition until 2019. The stage for all this will be, for the second time, Conjunto Nacional , at Avenida Paulista, 2073, continuing the success of its commemorative edition of 35 years, which was marked in the history of the event.

In 2023, the show will be full of new features. The first of these is that the
space will be expanded and will have more than 11,000m² of built area . CASACOR São Paulo will occupy the mezzanine and open terrace of the building, with a completely new configuration for visitors who will be able to get to know the architecture of the iconic building even more closely.
André Secchin, CEO of CASACOR , explains that the public's receptiveness to the location was a key factor in the exhibition occupying the space again. “At the end of the 2022 edition, we had over 115,000 visitors, 43% more than in 2021.” .

By mapping the macro trends in behavior that impact contemporary lifestyles, CASACOR curators
Livia Pedreira , Pedro Ariel Santana and
Cristina Ferraz understand that the scenario of uncertainty persists. It combines remnants of the pandemic, a new war, a crisis in strong economies and the feeling that time has run out to act on climate change. There is a growing perception that the world has become sick due to lack of care. This situation leads curators to believe that attention,
affection and
care must permeate the our relationships
with the body, the mind, others, the home, consumption, the city and the planet . To set the tone for the new edition of
CASACOR , Livia Pedreira, president of the board of trustees, mentions the
2023 Manifesto , a synthesis of trend research. “In addition to the observation of a world in turmoil, we propose a new
cartography of affection , based on ancestry , in tolerance, diversity and empathy. After all, weaving our tomorrow requires the persistence of a gardener, whose garden overflows, and by far, the flowerbed at home”.

This mapping of trends also deserved an accurate reading by
