With 1,200 m² of built area, the residence located in the Fazenda Boa Vista Condominium, in Porto Feliz, in the interior of São Paulo, stands out for its organic layout on the land, which prioritizes the
stunning view and the
perfect integration of the spaces . To achieve this, architect
Laura Rocha designed the spaces strategically, ensuring that all points of the house had views of the land; organizing the layout of the spaces in the shape of a
large wing open to the garden and the pool.
The decor in natural tones and the large glass panels create a
perfect harmony with the surrounding garden . The project combines rustic and contemporary elements, using natural elements, varied textures and intimate lighting.
The architect emphasizes the importance of creating
welcoming and practical environments , allowing residents to truly enjoy their home. “This is the strong point of the project. All the choices revolve around
a home to be lived in , aimed at clients who are very practical and like to enjoy their home without worries,” explains Laura.
The residence was designed as a vacation home, prioritizing functionality. Thus, the uniformity of finishes provides the final touch of practicality.
The project prioritizes Brazilian wood, using Freijó, a lighter shade, in almost every room in
Dell Anno furniture. “A neutral base and good choices help us ensure an incredible result, in which the environments
are transformed and come to life in the details ,” says the architect.
The idea in all the rooms is to have warm and inviting environments, so that those who use the house can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the city and relax. In the kitchen, the Provençal line in
Satin Color Arpoador lacquer , a cozy shade of green, was used. In the suites, Freijó is still present, in furniture with recesses, without protruding handles, giving a
minimalist aesthetic . “Accentuating the wood in the right way helps to warm up the environment, giving it a more cozy feel,” says Laura. In addition, the
neutral and woody tones refer to nature, ensuring a modern farmhouse.
