From May 17 to July 10, the doors of the Jockey Club – one of the most charming and iconic spaces in São Paulo – will be open to welcome the public to the 30th CASA COR, which invites, in this commemorative edition, architects, designers and landscapers to think of the home as a space for celebrating life. Led by Livia Pedreira, the exhibition follows its premise of bringing together professionals, industry, retailers and the entire chain involved in the art of living, to impact and bring new information to visitors. This edition features a major new feature: the use of the Jockey Outpatient Clinic building. Built in the early 20th century by French architect Henri Paul Pierre Sajous, the building will be restored for use by CASA COR and, starting in 2017, will be handed over for use by the Jockey Club, reaffirming the commitment to the appreciation of historical heritage - one of the missions of the exhibition. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of
CASA COR São Paulo , the Curatorial Committee brought together a cast of renowned professionals, such as Roberto Migotto, David Bastos, Dado Castello Branco, Guilherme Torres and Pedro Lázaro. The event also marks the return of two other great names: João Armentano and Alex Hanazaki, a landscaper who will be responsible for the entrance garden of CASA COR São Paulo. Composed of Cristina Ferraz, Pedro Ariel Santana, Roberto Dimbério and Cristina Bava, the committee also had the mission of choosing young talents to join the team. Otto Felix, Marilia Pellegrini and Michel Safatle are some of the promising names in the segment who will debut this year at
CASA COR . As in every year, visitors to the show will be able to count on a complete cultural itinerary, with attractions for the whole family and entertainment and gastronomy options, living experiences that inspire, excite and transform the home, in tune with the spirit of the time.
Commitment to Sustainability Continuing its sustainability management, the show continues its mission of presenting a cleaner, waste-free and reusable project. To this end, CASA COR is continuing its partnership with Brilia, which will once again guarantee environments with 100% LED technology and with Inovatech consulting throughout the construction and daily maintenance process, with the goal of obtaining the Aqua HQE seal by 2020 - a French certification for sustainable construction.
Partners who make it happen CASA COR is sponsored and supported by major brands and companies, such as Deca, which has been the show's master sponsor for over 20 years and recently took on the sponsorship of international franchises. Another important supporter is Renault, which is the official car of the show and identifies CASA COR as the perfect environment to connect its brand with the world of design. The team of partners also includes companies such as Uniflex, Igui Piscinas, Millo, Ornare, Brilia, Duratex, Eliane Revestimentos and De'Longhi.
