In addition to showcasing the best of the world of architecture, design and decoration, the Minas Gerais exhibition has prepared an incredible gastronomic itinerary for visitors to the event!

A popsicle inspired by Oscar Niemeyer's favorite dessert. A delicious afternoon coffee in a charming environment. A drink tasting while enjoying the iconic view of Lagoa da Pampulha. You can live all these experiences at CASA COR Minas , in a gastronomic itinerary created especially for visitors to the exhibition.
A voracious avocado consumer, Oscar Niemeyer attributed the fruit as one of the secrets to his longevity. With this in mind, Greco Design and the Easy Ice Ice Cream Shop decided to pay tribute to the architect and one of his brilliant works, the Pampulha, with an avocado popsicle recipe with cream. As it is a special edition, this frozen delight is not being sold, but distributed exclusively to visitors of CASA COR Minas .
Another good tip on the itinerary is Café Moca . Designed by architects Manu Lolato and Fernando César, this laid-back place has a wide-ranging menu, which goes beyond coffee with cheese bread to more elaborate snacks, which can replace lunch or dinner. With Signature of chef Jorge Costa, the menu offers stuffed pies, various sandwiches, vegetarian options and salads, as well as snacks inspired by Spanish Tapas, a good option to pair with the beers, wines and sparkling wines available on the Café's menu.
With a privileged view of Lagoa da Pampulha, Restaurante Bento , designed by architects Du Leal and Eduardo Beggiato, and Bar Notti, designed by architects Ana Bahia, Felipe Soares and Sarah James, share, in addition to a beautiful view, the delights of an eclectic menu created by chef Felipe Rameh. Focusing on flavor, with the use of fresh ingredients, Rameh opted for a lean but versatile menu, which includes some snacks and dishes that include duck, fish, beef, as well as a vegetarian with homemade pasta. Also including special beers, wines and sparkling wines.
Cozinha Inusitada , a gastronomic intervention project led by Gabriel Trillo, Gabi Braga and Sérgio Figueiredo, has a weekly program developed for both adults and children. Classes take place in the kitchen designed by award-winning architect Cristina Menezes and participants learn the secrets of preparation of some dishes, in addition to tasting menus developed by renowned chefs.
Finally, we come to the Pampulha Art Museum. As part of the exhibition “Ser Moderno” by Pedro Lázaro, the MAP will host a café bistro, run by Bouquet Garni, by chef Agnes Farkasvolgyi, until September 25th, open to the public. The MAP Café and Bistro is located in a completely redecorated space inside the museum, also overlooking the Lagoon, bringing back the glamour of the 1940s.
The café offers hot and cold drinks, quiches, sandwiches, tea and coffee snacks, among other quick treats, with low-carb options. The bistro has an a la carte brunch on Sundays and, on Thursday and Saturday nights, it is served dinner. Fridays are reserved for on-demand events for up to fifty people.
