The night of August 31st at Cozinha Inusitada at CASA COR Minas was led by Guilherme Melo do Hermengarda, who presented a super special dish!

Cozinha Inusitada is an initiative by CASA COR Minas 2016 that combines gastronomy and scenography in an environment capable of promoting experiences that stir visitors' senses - taste, smell, sight and touch!
During the exhibition period, the space will host a gastronomic intervention project led by Chef Gabriel Trillo, Gabi Braga and Sérgio Figueiredo and will have workshops taught by chefs such as Flávio Trombino from Restaurante Xapuri, Eduardo Avelar from Territórios Gastronômicos / Jornal Hoje em Dia and Edson Puiati, coordinator of the Gastronomy Course at UNA.
On the evening of August 31st, the 1st class/dinner of Cozinha Inusitada took place, with Guilherme Melo from Hermengarda, who presented the dish duck rice with maria gondó and jabuticaba sauce.
For the Cozinha Inusitada classes/dinners, the cost is R$160 for classes that take place from Tuesday to Friday, with entry to CASA COR Minas already included in the registration fee. The cost of classes for children is R$125 and the accompanying adult will receive a 50% discount on the ticket to CASA COR Minas . The activities last approximately two hours.
