Chef Gutembergue Oliveira, responsible for the official buffet at CASA COR Brasília 2015 , received a group of around 30 American diplomats on October 28, including the United States ambassador to Brazil, Liliana Ayalde, to give a Brazilian gastronomy class, at Espaço do Chef São Geraldo , designed by architect Karla Amaral.
The students learned how to prepare Bahian couscous, shrimp bobó, chef Gute's style, Brazil nut farofa and cupuaçu mousse, as well as caipirinhas. To participate in the class, they donated a sum of money to be given to local charities. city.
