Check out the covers of the CASACOR SP 2025 yearbook!

The CASACOR SP 2025 yearbook immortalizes the details of the 73 projects of architecture, decoration, and landscaping displayed in the show.

The Yearbook of CASACOR SP 2025 is the publication that gathers exclusive details about each of the 73 projects featured in the 38th edition of the exhibition, which takes place at Parque da Água Branca from May 27 to August 3. The collectible item is already available for purchase in four different versions. The covers highlight unforgettable projects from the event for those looking to immortalize another year of the largest exhibition of architecture, landscaping, and interior design in the Americas.

The 72 m2 studio designed by architect Felipe Carolo was selected as one of the covers of the yearbook. The space includes home office, living room, kitchen integrated with dining, bedroom, and bathroom – divided through woodworking and wood panels with central holes. The décor inspirations were Bauhaus and the ideals of Brazilian modernism.

The members of João Armentano's office looked to the organic agriculture fair at Parque da Água Branca to create this integrated space of 253 m2 – which gave rise to another cover of the CASACOR SP 2025 yearbook. The project reinterprets the various uses of the kitchen on different levels, with special emphasis on the nine immense windows that reveal the treetops.

Paula Neder stamped one of the yearbook covers with her 72 m2 loft, which connects kitchen, living, dining, bedroom, closet, and bathroom. The projects was designed for a contemporary woman passionate about fashion and textile art – hence the textures on the wall, light fabrics, and natural materials combined in an atmosphere of lightness and freshness.

No less important, the 141 m2 house designed by Maurício Arruda was also worthy of highlight in the 2025 yearbook. What makes the projects special is the mapping of colors from Parque da Água Branca, resulting in nine tones that color the walls and decorative items. It is also worth mentioning the 100% Brazilian atmosphere and the strong use of reused materials.

Not only the projects on the cover, but all 73 projects displayed by CASACOR SP 2025 follow the annual theme of the exhibition as inspiration: “Semear Sonhos”. With this, the cast proposes a collective creation of desirable futures through the integration of city and nature. The event also reinforces the importance of collaboration among different areas in search of innovative and sustainable solutions.
