The CASACOR SP 2021 Yearbook is now on sale for all those passionate about the world of architecture, interior design and landscaping. Much more than a book that brings together all the information in the edition, the yearbook is also a collector's item that sets trends and offers inspiring references that span the ages.
Nildo José - Casa Olaria NJ+. Uma homenagem à cerâmica, que acompanha a história das civilizações desde a descoberta do fogo, permeia todo o ambiente de 200 m² do NJ+ arquitetos. Rasgos orgânicos nas paredes abrigam dezenas de peças cerâmicas de artistas brasileiros. O quarto em volume cilíndrico remete à casa-templo, que nos conecta ao que é essencial. Das peças artesanais aos tijolos, telhas e elementos decorativos, a beleza do feito a mão e do imperfeito é valorizada nos tecidos, tapetes, texturas, piso e obras de arte. As peças cerâmicas expostas no ambiente são resultado de uma extensa curadoria realizada em vários estados do país. To portray the success of CASACOR São Paulo , four environments that best summarize the theme " The Original House " were selected to illustrate the covers of the four versions of the yearbook. They are: Ateliê Deca , designed by Leo Romano; Casa Olaria NJ+, by Nildo José; Casa Alma Duratex, by Melina Romano and Casa LG ThinQ , created by Guto Requena.
About CASACOR Sao Paulo 2021
At CASACOR São Paulo 2021,more than 9,000 m² of built area with 56 environments , including houses, studios and lofts, designed by the main names in Brazilian architecture and young talents, will be presented. The exhibition will occupy the entire rooftop of Parque Mirante, with a privileged view of Pico do Jaraguá, and another floor of the building.
Melina Romano- Casa Alma Duratex. No momento em que questionamos o que nos é essencial, o Studio Melina Romano e a Duratex defendem que “o mais importante é invisível aos olhos” e apresentam uma casa que instiga as sensações para além da estética. Texturas, aconchego, cores claras e minimalismo traduzem pilares do projeto: slowness, well-being e soulful. Ao visitar o espaço de layout fluido, é possível participar de uma experiência tecnológica personalizada que tangibiliza as sensações humanas, resultando em uma obra de arte. Nos 160 m², a ventilação cruzada e a iluminação natural, acentuadas pelas grandes janelas e claraboias, dialogam com a proposta de trazer bem-estar e conexão. (MCA Estudio/CASACOR)
