A first version of the cover features Casa Simonetto – Tribute to Janete Costa, designed by Gabriel Fernandes. The project pays homage to the architect and designer from Pernambuco who made the appreciation of Brazilian popular culture one of her main causes. The project highlights craftsmanship, traditional knowledge, and manual production as central elements in building spaces with meaning and identity.

Another edition highlights Casa Coral Celeiro Alvorada, by Nildo José. Inspired by the memory of his father, the architect conceived a space that values personal stories and family bonds. Books, photographs, and references to country life appear integrated into a welcoming architecture, in which natural materials and earthy tones reinforce the sense of permanence and belonging.

Casa da Marcenaria Brasileira | Duratex, by João Panaggio, occupies a third version of the cover. The space proposes a celebration of national woodworking through a journey that brings together different generations of Brazilian designers. Among historical pieces and contemporary productions, the project highlights the strength of signature design and the permanence of furniture as an expression of Brazilian culture.

The fourth version of the cover presents Casa Brastemp, created by Marcelo Salum. Marked by the expressive use of colors, the project was designed for a character passionate about gastronomy, art, architecture, fashion, and music. The project combines personality, functionality, and cultural repertoire in a narrative that translates new ways of living in the home.

About CASACOR São Paulo 2026

In its 39th edition, CASACOR São Paulo occupies the Parque da Água Branca for the second consecutive year and brings together 70 projects distributed over an area of more than 10,000 m². Guided by the theme Mind and Heart, the exhibition invites the public to reflect on contemporary living through architecture, interior design, and landscaping projects that explore well-being, memory, culture, nature, and new ways of connecting with spaces. This edition runs until August 9 and features houses, lofts, studios, gardens, art installations, and gathering areas designed by professionals from different regions of Brazil and abroad.
