Sponsor and official bank of the
27th edition of CASACOR Goiás , which took place in Goiânia until June 23, Banco BRB was also present at the event as inspiration for one of the projects. Designed by architects André Brandão and Márcia Varizo , from Plano Studio , the Plano BRB environment is a 60 m² studio, designed with many references to Brazilian architecture and also to the characteristics of the bank as a brand. With
organic features in details carefully thought out by the architects, mixed with straight lines, present in the furniture and carpentry, the space presented several references to
modernist architecture , which marked Brazil during the 1960s and 70s. Natural colors and textures, in addition to prints that refer to the craftsmanship of our country, are also important characteristics of the project.
The choice of
furniture was an attraction in itself. Pieces from the modernist era and inspired by the period brought touches of color to the space, where wooden tones predominated. Examples of this are the Pigmento
coffee table , designed by Luciana Martins and Gerson de Oliveira, and the Jangada
armchair , an iconic creation by master Jean Gillon. But everything there had a special meaning.
Following this line of thought,
blue was chosen as the highlight color to convey the sense of
security that BRB conveys to its customers. The tone blends with
wood , which refers to
tradition , and
steel , linked to
construction . "The modern furniture is reminiscent of Brasília and blends with cutting-edge design, which indicates the future, and organic shapes, which speak of flexibility. The straight lines allude to reason, and the works of art, to culture," explains Márcia, detailing the project even further.

With
a homely atmosphere , the premise of the space was to welcome visitors with comfort. The idea was to create a warmer and more human space so that everyone would feel welcomed. In this way, the prints refer to ancestry and popular culture — something that makes the public connect with the place. Highlighting the
