Ballie: meet Samsung's new home robot!

Those who are more adept at the futuristic concept ( not so futuristic these days ) of smart homes should keep an eye on Samsung's latest: Ballie, a domestic robot that promises to help with various household activities – from the simplest, such as lighting control, to more complex ones like playing your favorite movies or video calls on the 1080-pixel wall. During the Consumer Electronics Show 2024, Samsung detailed Ballie 's technological advances, including new features involving Artificial Intelligence .

Ballie can be controlled by voice commands , text messages and even gestures . According to Samsung, the new robot could be great for children, elderly support and pets. Samsung has not yet released prices or a launch date for the product.
