Arena CASACOR . In this report, the founder of Studio Arthur Casas reflects on the act of creating architecture and its constant dialogue between the most diverse scales of creation: from small object to large projects for cities. Architecture and Empathy , the third chapter reveals how the architect elaborates the design process with a focus on the human being and not on architectural gestures. "I believe in architecture made from the inside out, I always put myself in the shoes of those who will live there," he says. the architect, who has won several national and international awards. His career path included the production of furniture designed by major international names. Mario Botta, Giuseppe Terragni and others were produced here in Brazil by the architect's hands. Today, with 30 years at the helm of Studio Arthur Casas and offices in the cities of São Paulo and New York, the professional has a collection of memorable projects such as the Brazilian Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015, Hotel Emiliano, in São Paulo and Rio, restructuring of the Centro Historic Largo do Pelourinho in Salvador, Alexandre Herchcovitch's store in Tokyo, among others. And Arthur Casas follows the tradition of several European architects who design everything from spectacular houses, quality furniture for industry to small objects, such as the collection of vases and cutlery for the Riva brand.
