New York can now celebrate a new title:
that of having the narrowest building in the world . The skyscraper called
Steinway Tower is 435 meters tall and has 84 floors, which makes it
impossible to go unnoticed. amidst the many other buildings that make up the view of Manhattan.
The project was designed by SHoP Architects and the construction was carried out by JDS Development, Property Markets Group and Spruce Capital Partners, who together built the building on a
scale of 24:1 , considered
one of the finest buildings in the world. as well as one of the tallest buildings constructed in the West .
It will be possible to live in the Steinway Tower. The skyscraper was built for
residential and commercial purposes , housing apartments of different sizes, including duplex accommodations and a triplex on the top floor. The construction was carried out in an upscale neighborhood of New York, nicknamed Billionaire's Row – so buyers should prepare their wallets: prices for a studio apartment are around US$7.75 million, while a penthouse costs US$66 million.
In addition to the residential accommodations, the first five floors will consist of elegant designer stores and leisure spaces such as a swimming pool, gym, private areas and more.
