Digitalization is a reality for many service sectors and also when it comes to creating new products. This is no different in the construction and urban planning sector. Digital architecture is emerging as a smart way to streamline processes and make the routine of construction professionals easier. With techniques ranging from project creation, defining a structure and layout , digital architecture is a broad universe with different applications that support professionals. After all, relying on technology to speed up tasks is a habit not only in more commercial segments, but in everyone's routine. Digital architecture takes place using software and artificial intelligence through digital platforms.
What is digital architecture?
We can define the concept of digital architecture as a set of technological interventions present in all stages of a project, whether starting from scratch or for small renovations.

To this end, some tools are used to bring benefits to construction professionals. Using digital architecture tools can also help reduce errors in project measurements. BIM technology is an excellent example of this. Below, we will learn more about this and other technologies that are available to help experts in the sector!
BIM Library

BIM ( Building Information Modeling ) is a tool that has been widely used for creating projects. It is a 3D technology that incorporates all the information and specificities of elements that will make up the architecture, such as doors and windows. The BIM Library is recommended for all projects that require a high level of detail, providing a more accurate view of reality.
Rayflex , a specialist in high-speed doors, was the first industrial company in Brazil to launch a BIM platform to help designers in their day-to-day work. According to Giordania R. Tavares, the company's executive director, "Rayflex's platform will allow for better planning, improved fluidity in the execution of the work, among other benefits that directly impact cost reduction."
Ultra-realistic Renders
Renders are ultra-realistic tools capable of transforming 2D images into three-dimensional projects.

Basically, it isan image processed on a computer to be passed to the 3D model. This way, it is much simpler to create amore realistic vision of the project for the client, as well as to make the necessary adjustments.-

In addition to its commercial appeal, rendering can have a formidable artistic side . Proof of this is the ultra-realistic project by Charlotte Taylor and Nicholas Préaud . Together, they created a modernist house inspired by the style of Lina Bo Bardi (especially her work The Glass House ), and created their own version: the Atibaia House . Designed on the banks of the Atibaia River in São Paulo, the reproduction of Lina Bo Bardi's home featured a raised volume of concrete and glass . The work exemplifies the Brazilian modernist atmosphere. Inside, a very modern neutral base with "plants" looks great in the living room and bedroom, reinforcing the style with a strong Lina Bo Bardi influence that the professionals wanted so much. Below, see all the images of the rendered project!
