In the final stretch of CASACOR São Paulo 2023 , confectioner and healthy eating specialist Isabela Akkari (operator of the show's Savoir-Faire Café ), was invited by LG Brazil to teach a healthy cheesecake recipe using the brand's white line products, of which the chef is an ambassador.

The event took place in the Functional Kitchen designed by the talented architect Bruno Moraes , with the aim of providing an immersive and interactive experience, making the act of preparing meals a pleasant and welcoming moment. In an environment surrounded by journalists and gastronomy enthusiasts, Isabela taught this delicious recipe that is worth reproducing at home.

Healthy Cheesecake Serves up to 6 people. Ingredients: 300g of dates; 80g almond flour; 150g of sweetener of your choice; 260g of lactose-free and sugar-free Greek yogurt;
3 eggs; 30g unflavored coconut oil; Juice of 1 lemon; 10g vanilla extract; Red fruits to taste; Red fruit jelly to taste. Preparation method: In a food processor, grind the dates with coconut oil until it becomes a paste. Line a 15cm springform tin with baking paper and press the date paste into the bottom to form the cheesecake base. Blend all remaining ingredients in a blender, pour over the base and bake at 150ºC for 1 hour.
