Anna Maya celebrates 20 years of career at CASACOR SC 2016

Since the theme of CASACOR 2016 is celebration, architect Anna Maya, who completes 20 years of career, could not celebrate in a better way than by participating in CASACOR Santa Catarina for the 8th time.

In this edition, she and her partner Anderson Schussler created the Dining Room , a 16 m² space that mixes styles and takes advantage of the original architecture of the main house to enhance the local beauty.

"We kept the original floor and ceiling and a wall with striped painting that we recovered and decided to highlight to show the original architecture of the house. The furniture and joinery create more current styles in the space", says Anna.

Among the highlights will be the bookshelf, with an exclusive design by the architect to house Czech crystals that she inherited from her grandmother. The large rustic chandelier made of twisted iron was also designed by the architect, who sought inspiration at the Milan Fair. The geometric rug is another creation by the Anna Maya and Anderson Schussler Office.

CASACOR Santa Catarina 2016 opens its doors to the public this Sunday (23) at the emblematic home of historian Oswaldo Rodrigues Cabral, located at Rua Esteves Junior, 546 - Centro - Florianópolis – SC.
