Perfect environments for meetings with good drinks and music at CASACOR SC

Meetings, drinks, food, music and good architecture and design ideas are some of the attributes that lead visitors to CASACOR Santa Catarina 2023 to plan a longer break during their visit to two of this edition's functional environments. Without forgetting the view that the location of the old Hotel Maria do Mar provides at any time of the day. The first stop is at (A) Maria e o Mar Café, Bistrô and Wine Bar , designed by architects Mariana Cristina Alves Botelho, Francine Pereira and Jéssica Folster Pereira, from Alpes Projetos e Execuções . The trio fell in love with the space from the beginning, mainly because it was the meeting point for guests and visitors at countless events for decades. As part of the tribute to the memory of the place, they maintained the original architecture with occasional renovations. The update takes place using Kleiner's loose furniture in a union of different textures and colors , such as blue and orange, in contrast with the woody ceiling and counter and the white of the exposed brick walls. Among the works of art , the Ondas series, by David Jose, brings the sea once again into the space. "For us, welcoming means welcoming people , providing positive sensations, experiences, tastes, flavors, textures, among other feelings", defines Jéssica Folster Pereira about the environment that offers the public an extensive menu, from coffee and sweets to dishes and the wine list. With a totally different proposal, the next stop is at Pub Confraria do Chopp Honesto by ArcelorMittal , an environment that has already been at the exhibition twice and returns in a new version, maintaining the rock'n'roll energy that characterizes it. The pub is a creation signed by many hands by a group of five architects and a businessman who also takes the opportunity to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the group of confreres.

Thermoacoustic tiles , another company product, were used as panels for the walls. They brought the most present color in the space, orange , and are also a kind of diary where visitors can write their messages in pen . Beto Gebara explains a little about the choices: "On the laminate floor we wanted a texture and movement; we also created curtains to soften the light, even with the beautiful sunset, in the green color that is repeated in the upholstery that runs along one of the walls. As it is a pub with a stage, we also used tiles to close it, we left spaces between the tables and chairs, in addition to creating some lounges." In terms of decoration , the professionals' personal collection is completed with a collection of parts from famous and historic cars. At the counter, essential in creating this type of environment, the beer cooler, made from a motorcycle handlebar , stands out and offers different types of drinks. And on the schedule, rock shows on Thursdays, accompanied by a menu of burgers and starters.
