The
37th CASACOR São Paulo has come to an end, but its remarkable environments are still causing a stir. This week, the poll for
the best environment at CASACOR São Paulo 2024 also came to an end. This poll was conducted on the CASACOR app, which helped to elect the favorite environment of the exhibition's visitors. Among the
75 projects that made up the last edition of the exhibition, only three were voted as favorites.

The most voted environment in the CASACOR app, this home designed by the
Cacau Ribeiro Interiores office brings together in 120 m² all the elements that characterize the lifestyle of a mature couple, who want to make the most of their days, receive friends and travel all the time.
Cacau Ribeiro Interiores - Nosso Próprio Tempo. Aproveitar o melhor dos dias, recebendo amigos e viajando: objeto de desejo, esse estilo de vida foi personificado na forma de um casal maduro, a quem se destina esta morada de 120 m². “Valorizamos o conforto e o bom design. Os habitantes deste loft desejam viver rodeados de boas lembranças”, resume a designer. Peças de mobiliário assinadas por ela fazem companhia a outras de Alfio Lisi e Isabelle De Mari e à luminária-ícone Sampei, do italiano Enzo Calabrese. Em nome das atitudes sustentáveis, apenas tintas à base d’água, lâmpadas de led e equipamentos elétricos eficientes integram o espaço. (MCA Estúdio/CASACOR)

won the Veja SP Award in the Suite category .
2nd place: Legacy House, by Carol Miluzzi Arquitetura
In second place is the living room and kitchen designed by architect
Carol Miluzzi and her partner, engineer
Willian Vasconcelos , called "Casa Legado" – a 56 m² space that highlights the memory of ancestors and the desire for a future that takes only what is necessary from nature.
The careful selection of
inherited and repurposed items makes up the majority of the furniture, which ranges from 1950s Brazilian furniture, 19th-century French furniture, family furniture and contemporary design pieces. All around, the walls are decorated with digitalized paintings by artist Dominique Jardy.
3rd place: Duratex in As Rosas Falam, by Marcelo Salum
The bronze medal goes to "Duratex em As Rosas Falam", a space designed by
Marcelo Salum , a 260 m² house that exalts the feminine through the choice of tones such as blue and pink. “My creative process directed me to flowers, and from there to the exaltation of the feminine”, explains Salum.
The furniture features items by Jader Almeida, Mauricio Arruda, Suite Design and signed by the architect himself in partnership with Frederico Cruz. Works of art by Claudia Liz and Paulo von Poser share the spotlight with photographs by Denilson Machado and Salvador Cordaro, among other artists.
