June is here and with it a
series of cultural programs for those who want to enjoy the city of São Paulo and all its versatility of programs and activities. From gastronomy to theater, we have made a list of
entertainment options for the entire month , for different tastes and routines. Check it out!
Gastronomy
The month of June is marked by two special moments: the
arrival of winter and the June festivities . For those who want to enjoy the cold weather in the best style, it is worth keeping an eye on the schedule of the
Ceagesp Soup Festival , in Vila Leopoldina, which runs from
Wednesday to Sunday , from 6 pm to 11:30 pm, for R$59.90 for the all-you-can-eat buffet.
The June and Italian festivals will also mark the month of June. It is worth taking advantage of each one of them, but we highlight the
June Festival at Memorial da América Latina , close to the Barra Funda subway station, which features typical food, live music and even square dancing. The
event takes place on June 15th and 16th, from 11am to 9pm, free admission .
Another tip is the
Festa de São Vito , which reached its 106th edition as one of the most traditional Italian festivals, located in the Brás region. It takes place between
June 1st and July 14th, starting at 7pm . In addition to delicious dishes prepared by the "mamas", you can enjoy live music, dancing and a very welcoming atmosphere.
Exhibition
In its 37th edition,
CASACOR São Paulo , on display until July 28, is the largest exhibition for decoration and architecture lovers in the Americas. This year, the
75 projects on display reflect the theme "
De Presente, o Agora " and occupy 9 thousand m² of Conjunto Nacional, an iconic building located in the heart of
Av. Paulista . Tickets range from R$ 56 (half price) to R$ 111 (full price) and can be purchased at the physical box office on the second floor of Conjunto Nacional or on the
website .
During the month of June, the
São Paulo Cultural Factories will pay tribute to cartoonist Ziraldo, who died in April of this year. The first exhibition took place last Saturday, the 1st, at the Jardim São Luís Cultural Factory, with the action
Graffiti Urban Art: Viva Ziraldo . The next one is scheduled for June 6th to 8th, at the Jaçanã unit, where graffiti artist and visual artist
Caluz will create a panel with Ziraldo's main characters .
At
MASP , located on Paulista Avenue, an exhibition about the life of Mario de Andrade, one of the icons of modern literature in Brazil, is on display until June 9. Curated by Regina Teixeira, visitors will be able to immerse themselves in a
set of paintings, drawings, engravings, sculptures and photographs from the personal collection of the Brazilian intellectual .
For fans of immersive exhibitions, the
Salvador Dalí Challenge , located at
MAB FAAB , Higienópolis, will bring more than
100 new exhibition contents directly from Spain with the works of the great surrealist artist, one of the most enigmatic figures of the 20th century in the world of art. Ticket prices range from R$30 (half price) to R$60 (full price) and the venue is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9 am to 7 pm.

June 7th , Rita Lee fans will be able to relive moments of the artist's life with the show "
Rita Lee - A Musical Autobiography ". The musical will take place on Friday and Saturday at 8pm, Saturday at 4pm and Sunday at 5pm. Tickets range from R$40 (full price for customers who follow the Rouanet Law democratization plan) to R$120 (full price).
