In this second half of 2025, CASACOR begins a
new schedule of exhibitions across the country. The events, which will traverse the entire national territory – and even reach Costa Rica – are scheduled to take up the entire second half of the year, with the last date expected to conclude in December 2025. What we already know
The next exhibition to open its doors to the public,
CASACOR Ribeirão Preto, will take place in two integrated properties in the Alto da Boa Vista neighborhood, located on Avenida Anhanguera, which together occupy a built area of 1700 m
2. The exhibition will showcase 30 projects created by 45 professionals who are references in the sector from Ribeirão Preto, inland cities, and the capital. Gastronomic and leisure spaces are planned, such as
livings, balconies, and suites, even a secret bar, promising an immersive and sensory experience.

The
CASACOR Rio de Janeiro returns to Fashion Mall in 2025, presenting a new way of living – in smaller spaces, from 42 to 70 m
2, that encompass all the functionality and well-being desired. With a cast of 62 professionals, CASACOR Rio brings together famous names such as Bel Lobo, Paola Ribeiro, Studio Ro+Ca, Gisele Taranto, Mauricio Nóbrega, and Paula Neder, along with young talents making their first appearance. This edition promises a variety of restaurants, bars serving
drinks and wine, coffee shops, stores, and a bookstore, as well as green areas and art installations along the visit path.

Closer to the end of the year,
CASACOR Sergipe prepares for its 5th edition, this time at the Palácio de Veraneio, on Avenida Governador Paulo Barreto de Menezes, in Aracaju. There will be more than 30 projects gathered around the theme "Sowing Dreams" in a more collective and sustainable proposal. Deactivated since 2018, the headquarters building has been renovated by the current state administration and will start to gain new uses. CASACOR Sergipe will be a moment of reunion between the local population and the emblematic Palácio de Veraneio.

At this moment, three CASACOR locations are already open to welcome the public:
CASACOR Bahia, which is nearing its closing date on September 7;
CASACOR Brasília, which occupies the Casa do Candango until October 12; and
CASACOR Minas Gerais – which starts today, August 15, and remains open until October 15 in Lourdes.

The three exhibitions are marked by the appreciation of iconic buildings in their cities. In
Bahia, CASACOR occupies for the first time a convent built in 1735 – the Casa Nossa Senhora das Mercês, located on Av. Sete de Setembro, in the city center. There are
43 projects that explore – with mastery! – the articulation between the new and the old.

In Brasília, Casa do Candango – an affectionate heritage of the federal capital – had its structure completely restored by the exhibition before its opening. The place, which connects to the memory of the workers who built Brasília, has existed since 1977 and had been abandoned for a decade. In the exhibition, the casting of architects, interior designers, and landscapers combine in
50 projects the Brasiliense identity and a design that communicates with the artisanal, the sensory, and contemplation.

In a festive atmosphere, the
CASACOR Minas Gerais reaches its 30th edition in 2025, and the chosen location for this memorable edition was the Instituto Metodista Izabela Hendrix, at Rua da Bahia, 2,020, in the Lourdes neighborhood. The listed building, inaugurated in 1941, is currently the headquarters of PUC Lourdes. "In addition to its historical importance, the chosen building stands out for its generous projects, with high ceilings, a large outdoor area, and a central courtyard that will be the stage for a series of events and gatherings throughout the exhibition. It will be a very special edition, allowing the public to experience various formats of occupation and enjoyment of the space," highlights director Eduardo Faleiro.
