In 2025,
CASACOR will restart its exhibition schedule across Brazil and Latin America and will begin a new season showcasing the best of architecture, interior design, landscaping, and national and international art. This year, the shows will be guided by the theme "
Sow Dreams", which is built on three pillars: collective dreams, ecosystems in cooperation, and confluence of knowledge.
Livia Pedreira, the president of the curatorial board, explains that the idea is to stimulate professionals to rethink their practices in a scenario where the population density in urban areas is expected to grow even more. "The most recent World Cities Report from UN-Habitat indicates that 68% of the population will be urban by 2050. Currently, on average, 56% of the global population already lives in these areas. CASACOR's research
waves to nature as an ally in the cities, which is where life happens. It is essential to imagine a
new way of living and dreaming of the collective, in a planetary pact for the survival of the human species."
