CASA COR RS will promote a gastronomic project during the show

The Embaixa Gourmet Chef's Table project will bring together chefs who will promote unique, sensory gastronomic experiences for their guests!

Cristina da Luz, Daniel Schon e Juarez Cruz Designers de Interiores CASA COR Rio Grande do Sul is scheduled to open its doors to visitors on June 28th and promises to surprise the public with many new features. One of them will shake up the state's gastronomic scene. It is the Chef's Table project by Embaixa Gourmet, which will take place in the space designed by designers Cristina da Luz, Daniel Schön and Juarez Cruz. The space will have an innovative ambiance, featuring a single table with 36 seats, where all guests can fully enjoy the architectural design. Perfect for the project's operation. Shin_Koike_PRATO_02_DIVULGAÇÃO The event will showcase the work of guest chefs and sensory experiences designed especially to surprise at each meeting. There will be 28 dinners in total, all in the format of an eight-course tasting menu (3 starters, 3 main courses and 2 desserts).
