CASA COR RS will promote a gastronomic project during the show

CASA COR Rio Grande do Sul is scheduled to open its doors to visitors on June 28th and promises to surprise the public with many new features. One of them will shake up the state's gastronomic scene. It is the Chef's Table project by Embaixa Gourmet, which will take place in the space designed by designers Cristina da Luz, Daniel Schön and Juarez Cruz. The space will have an innovative ambiance, featuring a single table with 36 seats, where all guests can fully enjoy the architectural design. Perfect for the project's operation. The event will showcase the work of guest chefs and sensory experiences designed especially to surprise at each meeting. There will be 28 dinners in total, all in the format of an eight-course tasting menu (3 starters, 3 main courses and 2 desserts). The project will be led by resident chef Marcelo Schambeck, considered one of the most promising names in Rio Grande do Sul.

Tickets for the dinners will be available on the website www.chefstable.com.br from midnight on June 8th, and can also be purchased on the day and at the location of the event.
