7 CASACOR Ribeirão Preto lofts that translate good living

(Felipe Araújo)

Functionality and style: essential to contemporary living, these are the characteristics that have made lofts a very popular architectural model. Their origins date back to the 1950s, with large industrial models from New York that were adapted for residential use. Since then, its concept has been revitalized according to the needs that permeate living. A loft is understood as integrated spaces, in which there are no walls or divisions - which guarantees, in addition to an alternative configuration, creative solutions to demarcate each environment. Kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom: everything can be integrated. In this way, CASACOR Ribeirão Preto is attentive to living trends, and brings together seven integrated environments that interpret, each in its own way, the concept of well-being and need to establish contact with nature. Urban Refuge Loft - Dulce de Figueiredo Ferraz and Thácia Balbão. The colors stand out in the project, which has as its strongest characteristic the impression of being a real home. The marble table is an extension of the sideboard behind the sofa, and works as a smooth transition between the two spaces.

The space continues into the bedroom, which captures the feeling of closeness that the house brings. Works of art carry with them a load of affective memory, all contributing to bringing the project closer.

Living Perene - C4 Arquitetos. The living room is part of the gourmet area, providing an integrated, albeit secondary, experience. The selection of Brazilian design draws attention and pays homage to the original architecture of the house, such as the engravings and paintings by Bahian photographer Kiolo that occupy the walls.

The space also has dinner, which is designed around the celebration of welcoming. The wooden ceiling reaches the kitchen wall, which ends with a sink fitted into a niche.

The pieces reveal a certain type of collecting, giving the composition a cozy feel. Wood is the predominant material, which gives the furniture an antique-like feel.

Integrated, it takes shape in the dining room, which also values naturalness and finds the most functional solution in wood.

DECA Loft - Mariana Orsi. The glass enclosure is essential so that the greenery that surrounds the 56 m² enters the space as part of the decor. Pastels and neutrals complement the hue without interfering with its prominence.

The loft also receives DECA technology finishing, which does not compromise its natural characteristics due to the wooden panel that sets the tone for the background.

Half House - Mariana and Filipi Oliveira. Stone ensures the rusticity of this space, which aims to approach the different ways of Brazilian living. Circling around amber, the compositions are elegant and discreet.

The opening by the muxarabis represents a desire to keep the house disconnected and in contact with nature. The wooden slatted ceiling warms and adds comfort to the space.

Casa Dois - Fabrício Frezza and Gabriel Figueiredo. Designed to be a couple's retreat, the space uses soft tones to match the personality of the idealized residents. The designer furniture is the key to making the space modern.
