CASACOR Ceará welcomed the press, professionals from architecture, interior design, landscaping and business partners for the
operational meeting , which celebrated the beginning of the activities of its 26th edition. During the event, which took place at the Caixa Cultural Fortaleza Theater, located at Av. Pessoa Anta, 287, Praia de Iracema, guests had the opportunity to
learn about the details of this year's CASACOR Ceará, including the
general planning of the environments, the work team, the professionals, the sponsors and the partners involved in the event . The meeting participants were welcomed by the directors of CASACOR Ceará,
Neuma Figueirêdo ,

Carolina Figueirêdo , together with the entire administrative, commercial and communication team of the event. During the event, the

2024 Edition
This year's CASACOR Ceará is in line with the
requalification and urbanization works of Iracema Beach , which began in April 2023. This initiative covers the entire coastline, from Av. Rui Barbosa to Poço da Draga, near the old Ponte Metálica. The event will be held in the
historic building of the former headquarters of Casas Pernambucanas , owned by businessman Luciano Cavalcante, with the adjacent parking lot provided by businessman João Soares.
After the show, the site will be transformed into a shopping mall , designed by renowned architect Luiz Deusdará. Neuma Figueirêdo, director of CASACOR Ceará, comments: "
This year's edition of CASACOR Ceará will be iconic . We will be able to appreciate the unique vision of our professionals, in addition to being able to participate in the revitalization of Iracema Beach, an area so important to Fortaleza.
