With elegant projects, the restaurant showcases the authorial cuisine of
chef Fábio Lazzarini. Besides the traditional menu, the house also offers the Omakase of Meat (R$600), an
exclusive and reserved experience for six people per night. The
fifteen-course menu features different high-quality cuts of meat as well as seafood,
all finished in front of the customer by the chef. Among the dishes are the Flat Iron with oriental sauce, garlic, yuzukosho, and togarashi, and the Lamb Tempura with shiso, nori, and sheep's curd.

typical Argentine houses, the restaurant became famous for its
parrilla, from which comes high-quality meats specially selected. The menu features great cuts with the Ribeye (R$183 for 320g) and Bife de Tira (R$204, 320g). There are also special cuts like the Ribeye UMi (R$265, 340g) – 100% Angus certified cattle – and the Wagyu iNK (R$523 for 340g), Wagyu beef that reaches marbling grade 7.

The newly opened Assador has just landed in São Paulo and has already won over the public with its
sophisticated and contemporary interpretation of traditional gaucho barbecue. The house's flagship is the complete rodízio (R$256 per person), which includes more than twenty noble cuts, including some new items such as old cow rump and a special cut of black pork (Canastra). Additionally, classic cuts such as the tomahawk, chorizo steak, and Denver steak, known for its exceptional marbling and bold flavor. There are also other options like the complete salad buffet (R$172) that is arranged in a central island in the dining hall.
