Mariana Plaza e Nadia Asencio - Ruído Bar. Ao sair do segundo casarão da mostra, chega-se a este bar de 115 m² com lugares ao ar livre sob largos ombrelones. Dotada de um sistema de brises para fechamento, a pérgula metálica de 4,20 x 5,40 m aloca o balcão, cuja parede de fundo exibe um mural de 5 m realizado por Jade Marangolo. A arquiteta Mariana Plaza e a designer de interiores Nadia Asencio se valeram de uma memória em comum, as tardes de carteado em família, para definir o projeto de caráter lúdico, com grafismos e figuras geométricas que lembram os naipes do baralho. Seventy projects require stamina — and appetite. CASACOR São Paulo 2026, set up at Parque da Água Branca, delivers not only architecture and design to admire, but also tables to sit at, drinks to order and chocolate to take home in your bag. Throughout the route, five gastronomy spaces were designed by major names of the lineup with the same care dedicated to any other project of the show: with a story to tell. The name comes from Arabic: qalb means heart. And it is with this intention that the architect Teresa Simões signs the Qalb Boutique Café, the largest gastronomic space of the show, at 313 m². The project crosses entrance hall, dining room, wine cellar, lunch room, kitchen and outdoor area — a sequence that unfolds like scenes of the same script.

The most striking raw material is the luise blue quartzite, blue and expressive, applied on the counter and on the curved walls that frame the bar. In the lunch room, arches reinterpret the original architecture of the mansion without imitating it; on the ceiling, a weave of threads transforms the top into a scenographic element. Stone, wood, gold and burgundy compose an aura that is enveloping without being excessive. The operation is by Qalb Boutique.

The architect Marta Martins started from a simple principle — "the mind slows down and the heart warms through shared food" — to conceive the Restaurante Raiz, of 220 m². The palette is earthy, woody, with hints of wine and green (the latter, on the ultra-compact slabs of the bar).

The prints by artist Dominique Jardy line stretches of wall and the sofas in front of them. At the entrance, a mural by artist Arthur Grangeia was created especially for the space, which accommodates around 80 people. A place that invites you to stay — and to return. The gastronomic operation is by Mesa Viva.
Studio Sitta + Barbo - Tempo de Estar. A livraria-chocolateria de 117 m², com títulos da UniSaber e doces da Chocolat du Jour, encerra o passeio pelo segundo casarão da mostra. “Depois de tanto conteúdo visual, chega o momento de desaceleração. Por isso, projetamos um lugar de permanência”, explicam as arquitetas Amanda Sitta e Bruna Barbo. O piso cerâmico xadrez dialoga diretamente com o padrão dos janelões. No mobiliário, formas arredondadas suavizam a composição. A arte está presente por meio da obra criada por Liara Marchello especialmente para a ocasião e a pintura dos balcões feita in loco pela artista Lila Marques. Those who end the tour through the second mansion of the show find Time to Stay, by Studio Sitta + Barbo — a 117 sqm bookstore-chocolate shop that works as an antidote to the visual overload accumulated during the visit. "After so much content, the moment of slowing down arrives. That's why we designed a place of permanence," explain architects Amanda Sitta and Bruna Barbo.

The checkered floor converses with the large windows; the rounded furniture softens. Art appears in a work by Liara Marchello, in the counters painted on site by artist Lila Marques, and in an original soundtrack composed by Rapha Sousas. The books are from UniSaber; the chocolates, from Chocolat du Jour.

Upon leaving the second mansion, the visitor arrives outdoors — and at Ruído Bar, 115 sqm, signed by architect Mariana Plaza and interior designer Nadia Asencio. The proposal started from a shared memory between the two: family card-game afternoons. The result is graphics and geometric figures that evoke card suits on the walls and tables sized like game boards.

A metallic pergola shelters the counter; in the background, a 5-meter mural by artist Jade Marangolo closes the scene. The playful, here, is not decoration — it is concept. The drinks are handled by Shake'n Stir Bar.
STAGE.AEC - Praça Forneria. O restaurante Forneria San Paolo ocupa um pavilhão térreo, tombado, e um pátio adjacente, que somam 381 m². O acesso acontece pela construção histórica, na qual os arquitetos Cesar Sallum, Helena Obino e José Rocha implantaram os banheiros e a cozinha aberta. Protegida por uma cobertura de lona com painéis modulares de linho (por sua vez, sustentada por quatro perfis metálicos autoportantes), esta praça acomoda o bar e as mesas sobre o piso original de paralelepípedos. Forneria Square, a project by the STAGE.AEC studio designed by architects Cesar Sallum, Helena Obino and José Rocha, is set in a listed pavilion and the adjacent courtyard — together, they total 381 sqm. The Forneria San Paolo restaurant occupies the space with an open kitchen, bar and tables arranged on the original cobblestone floor, protected by a canvas roof with modular linen panels supported by self-supporting metal profiles.

Without a single structural perforation or permanent fixing, everything can be dismantled at the end of the show with full reuse of the materials — which makes the project as rigorous from a technical standpoint as it is elegant from a spatial one.

There is a sixth space in the show that deserves mention: the Speakeasy, a secret 98 sqm bar designed by Studio Gaibola, signed by architect Federico Concilio. Monochromatic, minimalist, with blinds that allow only the bartender's hands at work to be seen, the space operates exclusively during closed events — with no free admission to the general public. If you are invited, accept without hesitation.
