Anastácia Hersen and Matheus Mendes - Restaurant. Anastácia Hersen and Matheus Mendes are responsible for the restaurant in this edition. The space of 250 m² was born from the desire to explore the coexistence between curved and angular forms. The projects were designed from a sequence of planes and architectural ribbons that create different projects and offer a sensory experience through geometry, colors, and textures. The space features exclusive marble pieces, locally built benches, and works by artist Victoria Serednicki, as well as natural adornments. (Edgard Cesar)
