In addition to architecture and landscaping projects, the
CASACOR SP 2025 offers a
diverse gastronomic programming within the Água Branca Park. Between May 27 and August 3, the public can find
cafés, restaurants, and bars – many of which are included in free admission – in spaces developed by top professionals in the market who make up this year's showcase.

Among the options are cafés with original proposals, gluten-free cuisine, Italian bakery, artisanal candy store, and even a speakeasy with original cocktails. More than just spots to pause, the gastronomic spaces reflect concepts aligned with the theme "Sow Dreams" and contemporary trends of well-being, sustainability, and community. Next, learn about the details of each of the establishments present at CASACOR SP 2025.
Caf&Creme – Special coffees, light dishes, and artisanal desserts
Located in the project
Café com Tempo, by
Daniela Andrade, Caf&Creme presents itself as an
affectionate cafe. On the menu, specialty coffees share space with wines, artisanal sandwiches, quiches, and desserts. The project marks the
inauguration of Caf&Creme
– which will continue to operate in the park after the exhibition and plans new units in São Paulo,
including in Parque Villa Lobos.
Doce Arte – Artisanal and exclusive candy store
With decor designed by architect Lui Costa, the candy store Doce Arte delivers a
charming atmosphere and
affectionate proposal. Its showcase draws attention for its
variety of sweets and
artisanal production – with options ranging from cakes and canapés to empanadas,
toasts, natural juices, wines, and sparkling wines. Additionally, the projects also serve as a
stage for exhibition events, hosting
meetings and lectures on various topics.

Mesa Viva – Gluten-free food and buffet
The restaurant Mesa Viva occupies the project
Casa Buriti, designed by Fernanda Rubatino. The proposal combines a
healthy menu with gluten-free ingredients, also offering
vegetarian and vegan options. During lunch, the service is buffet-style; at night, it takes an à la carte format. The projects match the restaurant's concept: welcoming, integrated with nature, and focused on conscious choices.

Forneria San Paolo – Italian bakery à la carte
A square under the trees houses Forneria San Paolo, conceived in partnership between Modular Studio and stage.AEC office. The construction,
made of wood and metal modules, serves as a
laboratory for new forms of urban occupation. The à la carte menu explores
Italian cuisine with contemporary touches: pizzas, pastas, carpaccios, meats, and desserts, in addition to various types of sandwiches.

Le TT Speakeasy: secret and sophisticated experience
The second operation of Guilhotina, Le TT Speakeasy, is located in the projects designed by Otto Felix and operates only by reservation on specific dates. This means that the projects are not included in the standard admission to CASACOR SP 2025. With
intimate ambiance, focus on elaborate cocktails, and a menu of refined snacks, the space proposes a
