In a few days, Milan turns into the world's largest stage for design. From 20 to 26 April, Milan Design Week takes over the city with immersive installations, exhibitions, and brand-new launches.
To get in the spirit, below we have gathered a selection of 28 unmissable exhibitions and installations across the city.
Nilufar Depot transforms into Grand Hotel Nilufar, an installation that reimagines a luxury hotel through curated projects, including a suite and an outdoor area. The show brings together fictitious interiors and pieces by designers such as Bethan Laura Wood and the duo David/Nicolas.
At the Nilufar Gallery, Studio Caviar signs the scenography for La Casa Magica, an exhibition that investigates the home as a ritualistic space, connecting objects to different cultures, beliefs, and symbolisms.

Rather than standardizing, the project highlights contrasts and irregularities, creating compositions that move between functional object and sculpture.

Amid premieres and immersive installations, the exhibition proposes a dialogue between industry, craft, and auteur expression, set against the contrast between the palazzo's Liberty architecture and contemporary production. Names such as Arthur Casas, Ronald Sasson, and Maneco Quindere share space with new studios and international designers, in a path that values identity, experimentation, and cultural diversity.
