The main effect of the oval mirror is the sense of fluidity that it imparts to the project. While rectangular models reinforce the rigid geometry of the wall, the oval shape softens the whole and creates a line of continuity that guides the gaze. This characteristic allows the object to naturally interact with projects that value organic forms, curved surfaces, and natural materials.

In bathrooms and washrooms, the oval mirror appears as an element capable of balancing bold coverings and more rigid geometries. Its elongated shape favors verticality and brings lightness above the countertop, working especially well in compact spaces that benefit from the sense of expansion. The rounded edge also reinforces a more welcoming atmosphere, ideal for daily routines. 
In social projects, such as living rooms and entry halls, the oval mirror operates as a discreet focal point. It redefines circulation, brightens short hallways, and complements compositions that include art galleries, sideboards, or low shelves. When strategically positioned, it creates the impression of an "internal window", enhancing the architectural reading of the space and reinforcing the project's identity.

The position of the oval mirror must consider the available light and circulation, allowing the piece to expand the project without interfering with the flow. It works especially well in areas where verticality is already prominent.
