The vases, candlesticks and bookends in the Swirl collection are made from waste from the marble industry that has been repurposed.

Recognized around the world for his creative creations in furniture, lighting and accessories , British Tom Dixon reinvents himself further with his latest launch. The Swirl collection surprises those already familiar with Dixon's signature use of metal and glass by bringing bold patterns and fresh colors to the new pieces. 
Sustainable, Swirl is made from a new material that looks like 3D marbled paper – but with the weight of a stone . Its composition is made from powdered waste from the marble industry , which is recycled and mixed with pigment and resin. From the mixture, blocks emerge that were later sliced to give rise to the collection.
