In order to successfully complete the challenge of making wood art, the limited series of bikes was designed to impress and attract people's attention. Handcrafted from solid Asian Teak wood, a replanted wood widely used in the nautical segment, the bicycle was produced using a variety of processes and with the addition of noble materials, such as carbon fiber, lamination processes and
deep printing .
To give the pieces greater resistance, a lamination process was applied, in addition to additional care with the fittings and joints, dimensioned and located in strategic positions.
The two companies developed CavaParma, an exclusive line of wooden products for Cavalera. Initially with a line of furniture and objects for the home, then a line of accessories, culminating in a customized series of PWB – Parma Wood Bike.
The professional will be one of the speakers in July at Arena CASACOR in partnership with the content curation of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie
